Vincent arrived at RJO February 5, 2019. His mother is disabled and his father does boda boda work using a bicycle. They found it hard to provide basic needs and school fees. He was brought to RJO for proper care and protection. He is a great hand to have at RJO. His dream is to become a lawyer.
