Silas Katila

Silas arrived at RJO January 1, 2016. His parents separated due to domestic violence. His father is an alcoholic. He is unable to provide basic needs for his family and Silas’s mother ran off and married elsewhere leaving the child in the custody of the father. Silas was brought to RJO for proper care and protection. He enjoys socializing and playing soccer. His dream is to become an Army Officer.
