Lilian Mandu

Lilian arrived at RJO April 8, 2020. Lilian came from a nearby country called Tanzania. Her uncle took responsibility for taking care of her. Unfortunately, he was using her disability only to make himself money. He never used the money he made off Lilian to provide for her well-being and basic needs. Lilian was rescued by the area Chief and was brought to RJO for proper care and protection. Lilian is always smiling and happy. She loves playing games on the phone.
