Lavenda arrived at RJO January 1, 2018. She is a vulnerable child who was born out of wedlock. The father denied paternity. Lavenda stayed in the custody of an elder grandmother who was unable to provide basic needs for her. She came to RJO by herself for proper care and protection. She is always smiling.
