Ann arrived at RJO September 18, 2019.  Her mother had passed away when Ann was very young. Her father is disabled and struggled taking care of her. Ann had joined a bad company due to lack of basic needs. Ann was rescued by the area Chief and brought to RJO for proper care and protection. Ann enjoys socializing and her dream is to become an artist.
