Emmanuel arrived at RJO January 8,2021. His father passed away when he was only 7 years old. The mother relies on her small land for planting her crop. She struggled taking care of Emmanuel's basic needs and school fees became an issue. He was brought to RJO for proper care and protection. He enjoys reading. His dream is to be an engineer.
